Dr. Jorelle Alexander brings an unparalleled depth of expertise in large-scale clinical operations, public health strategy, and regulatory compliance to Access Dental Solutions. As a Certified Correctional Healthcare Professional (CCHP), she has spent over a decade navigating the complex operational and regulatory landscapes of high-capacity institutional and correctional healthcare systems, serving as the Department Chairperson of Oral Health at Cook County Health since 2013. Directing one of the nation’s largest correctional and public health dental programs—spanning Ambulatory Care, the Juvenile Detention Center, and Cook County Correctional Facilities—and extending her executive oversight to inpatient oral health services at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, she has established a proven track record of transforming clinical operations, managing budgets, and optimizing revenue cycles. Dr. Alexander excels in aligning clinical care with strict systemic compliance, specializing in gap analyses, risk management, and continuous quality improvement frameworks. Through her rigorous oversight, she ensures that institutional operations seamlessly meet and exceed standards set by external regulatory bodies, including the NCCHC, ACA, JCAHO, and DOJ.
Dr. Tomas Juska brings over a decade of clinical and operational experience spanning both private practice and public health dentistry. Driven by a commitment to expanding healthcare access for underserved populations, he has built and managed large-scale dental programs, including designing, equipping, and staffing Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) departments from the ground up. His operational expertise extends directly into highly regulated institutional settings, reflecting his extensive experience managing clinical services within some of the nation’s largest correctional facilities and providing care in regional psychiatric hospitals. At Access Dental Solutions, Dr. Juska applies this hands-on background to help government and institutional partners succeed. He provides the strategic direction necessary to build compliant, high-performing clinical teams and deliver quality, cost-effective care in the most demanding environments.
